Our policy lasts 7 days.
We offer a full cost refund if the product has a technical defect.
A technical defect is e.g. if the product can not be installed properly or if error messages are generated in the Journal / Expert Advisors tab of Metatrader 4/5 resulting from the use of the product. Please send us your log files to [email protected] to proof that technical error.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds if the product does not meet your expection or there is no desired or expected performance. This is e.g. the case when trade frequency discrepancies occur or losses occur or an indicator is lagging or repainting.
The Forex market is volatile and carries substantial risks. It is not the place to put any money that you cannot afford to lose, such as retirement funds, as you can lose most or all it very quickly.
Gift cards are non-refundable items.
Please do not return your purchase back to the vendor.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
